All too often we think of the Church as the building, the sanctuary, or a piece of property. But the Church is really two things…the gathering of God’s people for worship who then disperse into the world for a life of service/mission. And we undertake these two acts with the promise from Jesus that he will be with us always…at all times. May we seek to live into the challenge, and promise, of “The Great Commission”!
