“Road Signs of Faith: One Way” begins a new iMPACTS series that explores road signs that we encounter every day. While these signs offer us directions while we are navigating along the road, we will use them to explore basic doctrines/beliefs of our faith. We begin by looking at the “One Way” sign and how Jesus is the one, and only, way to salvation.

In “What a Beautiful Name” you will be encouraged to reflect on Philippians 2:9-11 and the majesty of Jesus. It is often easy to sip into auto-pilot when it comes to our faith. But we need to remember that Jesus is truly the name above all names…through him we have forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life. In “4-Ways to Grow Your Faith” we will look at some basic gardening tips that can benefit us in our journey’s of faith. These 4 simple things can help position us to experience a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and to live more faithfully to his call in our lives.

“5 Things to Grow You Faith…Stewardship” is the last video is this particular teaching series. In this video you will be challenged to see that God is the source of all things and all of our abilities. You will also be challenged to respond out of thanksgiving to live a life of stewardship where we give back to God a portion of those things He has blessed us with.

In “5 Things to Grow Your Faith…Service” we explore ways that you can get involved in your local church and community. This involvement helps us to live beyond ourselves, for others, so that we can better model a “Christ-like” life.

And as we enter worship we need to remember that we are more than spectators…we are to be active participants. The first tool that will help us grow in our faith and walk with Jesus is Bible Study. I offer you some simple ways to begin studying the Bible or how to get involved in a Bible Study.

Sometimes we can get discouraged and overwhelmed…sometimes we can feel all alone. But when we encounter these times we need to remember the promises we find in God’s word that in fact we are never alone…Jesus is, and will be, with us every step of the way!

This week we wrap up the series “After I Do” by exploring an often overlooked aspect of prayer. All too often we think of prayer as our sharing our concerns with God, when we also need to spend time listening for God to speak to us. In this video you will be challenged to create some time and space in your prayer life to allow God the opportunity to not only speak to you but to be heard by you as well.

Life is so busy and filled with so much noise that we need to slow down and created the space in our lives for God to make Himself known to us.
